Basketball Recap: Crete Takes a Loss

Crete lost against Beatrice back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Crete Cardinals took a 50-46 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Beatrice Orangemen. The Cardinals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Crete now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Beatrice, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-0.

Crete has already played their next matchup, a 62-27 loss against Northwest on the 13th. As for Beatrice, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 39-31 victory against Aurora on the 14th.
