Baseball Recap: Medford Comes Up Short

Medford suffered their biggest defeat since May 26, 2025 on Friday. They lost 11-1 to the Mosinee Indians. Perhaps unsurprisingly, the Raiders' biggest loss of the season was also their lowest-scoring.

Medford saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Will Wojcik, who went 2-for-3 with one run.

This is the second loss in a row for Medford and nudges their season record down to 5-3-1. As for Mosinee, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-5.

Coming up, Medford is taking a road trip to take on Lakeland at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Mosinee, they will welcome River Falls at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
