Volleyball Recap: Papillion-LaVista Comes Up Short

Papillion-LaVista lost against Millard North back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Monarchs fell 2-0 to the Mustangs.

Aubree Fettin paced Papillion-LaVista's offense, picking up seven kills. Fettin got some help from Mia Torchia and her ten assists. Fettin was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Papillion-LaVista's loss dropped their record down to 9-16. As for Millard North, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-14 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Papillion-LaVista beat Millard North by a score of 2-0 on Monday.
