Pocahontas has gone 8-2 against Trumann recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Redskins will take on the Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. Pocahontas has given up an average of 30.4 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Pocahontas came up short against Gosnell last Friday, falling 48-28. The Redskins have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The home team had come away the winner the last five times Trumann and Gosnell had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Wildcats took a blow against the Pirates on Friday, falling 63-12. The Wildcats were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 44-12.

Pocahontas will have to contain Arzell Rulford as he made an impact in Trumann's last game. He rushed for 131 yards and one TD while picking up 7.7 yards per carry. Rulford's longest rush was for an incredible 78 yards.

Pocahontas now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Trumann, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.

Pocahontas took their win against Trumann in their previous meeting back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 44-22 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Redskins since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
