Redeemer Christian got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Laramie Butler out in front who scored 14 points along with five rebounds. Another player making a difference was Selena Martin, who scored four points along with six assists and six rebounds.
Taylor bumped their record down to 1-7 with that defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 10.0 points per game. As for Redeemer Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 5-2.
