Volleyball Recap: Lake Worth Christian Takes a Loss

Lake Worth Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Dreyfoos School of the Arts Jaguars. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Jaguars this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 last Tuesday.

While Lake Worth Christian had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 19 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-19, 25-19.

Lake Worth Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Dreyfoos School of the Arts, their victory was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 12-2.

Lake Worth Christian has already played their next contest, a 3-1 loss against Atlantic Christian on the 15th. As for Dreyfoos School of the Arts, they will head out on the road to face off against Palm Beach Central at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
