Softball Recap: Upper Scioto Valley Rams vs. Botkins Trojans
Upper Scioto Valley had to start their season on the road on Tuesday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They fell just short of the Botkins Trojans by a score of 2-0. After an 18-2 finish the last time they played, Upper Scioto Valley and Botkins decided to play a little more cautiously this time around.
Patiance Cole made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-3 with a home run and two RBI.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Upper Scioto Valley will take on Riverdale at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Botkins, they will be playing at home against Fort Loramie at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
