Basketball Recap: Chief Kitsap Academy Comes Up Short on the Road Against Klahowya + How To Watch

Chief Kitsap Academy had to start their season on the road on Friday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They received a blow as they fell 56-39 to the Klahowya Eagles. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it six in a row.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Klahowya to victory, but perhaps none more so than Eddie Hazama, Jr., who posted 13 points. Hunter Hamre was another key player, putting up 13 points.

The victory got Klahowya back to even at 1-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Chief Kitsap Academy will look to takes advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they takes on Tulalip Heritage at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Klahowya, they will take on Bellevue Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
