Basketball Recap: Webster Schroeder Takes a Loss

Webster Schroeder was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 76-55 to the Monroe Red Jackets.

Webster Schroeder's defeat dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Monroe, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 6-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Webster Schroeder will host Rush-Henrietta at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Rush-Henrietta knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four games -- so hopefully Webster Schroeder likes a good challenge. As for Monroe, they won't have much time to rest: their next match is against School of the Arts at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
