Football Recap: Steinbrenner Starts off Right with Win over Osceola

Steinbrenner had to kick off their season on the road on Monday, but they showed no ill effects. They blew past Osceola 33-0.

Steinbrenner found their leader in sophomore KK Ramsey, who threw for 171 yards and two touchdowns, and also punched in two touchdowns on the ground. Brooklyn Smith made the highlight reel by snagging an interception and taking it all the way to the house.

Steinbrenner didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Berkley Demeter, Ramsey, and Smith picked up one apiece.

Steinbrenner wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 21-15 win against East Lake on the 19th. As for Osceola, they will square off against Northeast at 7:30 p.m. on February 24th.
