Preview: Huntingdon vs. Camden Central
If the MaxPreps state rankings hold true, the near future looks bright for Huntingdon. On Friday they take on Camden Central at Huntingdon High School at 7:00 PM. Camden Central also lit up the scoreboard in their last contest, so this could be a high-scoring contest.
Huntingdon was the big favorite in their most recent match, and for good reason. Everything went their way against Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central last week as the squad secured a 55-0 win. Junior Daquan Robinson, who rushed for 110 yards and 3 touchdowns, was a major factor in Huntingdon's success.
Meanwhile, Camden Central took the match and then some with a 42-6 victory. The Camden Central offense checked out after the first half but had enough points banked to take the match anyway.
Their wins bumped Camden Central to 2-1 and Huntingdon to 3-0. Camden Central's offensive line will need to gear up for a tough test against a Huntingdon defensive front that amassed 8 sacks against Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central, so we'll see if they are up to the task.
