The Ravenna Ravens will welcome the Coventry Comets at 7:00 p.m. Ravenna has given up an average of 28.8 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Ravenna is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 43 points last Friday, they were much more limited against Streetsboro on Friday. They were dealt a 49-3 loss at the hands of the Rockets. The matchup marked the Ravens' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Meanwhile, Coventry can bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. They blew past Springfield, posting a 30-0 victory. The score at the end of the third wound up being the final score as the Comets just coasted through the last quarter.

Coventry's win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-4 and their overall record up to 2-6. As for Ravenna, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 2-6.

Everything came up roses for Ravenna against Coventry in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, as the team secured a 35-7 victory. In that contest, the Ravens amassed a halftime lead of 21-0, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Friday.
