Soccer Recap: St. Peter Comes Up Short

After some red-hot attacks on offense in their last four matchups, St. Peter finally came back down to earth on Saturday. They fell just short of the Mankato East Cougars by a score of 1-0. St. Peter have struggled against Mankato East recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

St. Peter's defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 4-2. As for Mankato East, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-1.
