Volleyball Recap: Florence-Carlton Takes a Loss

Florence-Carlton and Baker squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Florence-Carlton had to settle for second. They came up short against the Spartans, falling 3-0. The Falcons were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Spartans apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in November of 2024.

Florence-Carlton's loss dropped their record down to 21-4-1. As for Baker, their win bumped their record up to 20-5.

Florence-Carlton does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Baker, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-1 defeat against Shepherd on the 13th.
