After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Aptos, Silver Creek was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the James Lick Comets as they made off with a 23-3 win. The result was nothing new for the Raiders, who have now won 16 matchups by six runs or more so far this season.
Michael Fonseca made a splash no matter where he played. He pitched three innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. Fonseca was also stellar in the batter's box, going 3-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base. Those three hits gave him a new career-high.
