Football Game Preview: Warren Warriors vs. Stevens Falcons

The Warren Warriors will venture away from home to face off against the Stevens Falcons at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.

On Thursday, Warren got the win against Holmes by a conclusive 38-13. The score at the end of the third wound up being the final score as the Warriors just coasted through the last quarter.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Stevens). They managed a 42-37 win over Taft on Saturday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Falcons.

The victory got Stevens back to even at 2-2. As for Warren, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Warren was taken down by Stevens 47-7 in their previous matchup back in October of 2024. That game was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Warriors were down 33-7.
