Basketball Game Preview: Longview Lobos vs. Rockwall Yellowjackets

Longview hasn't had much luck against Rockwall recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Lobos will venture away from home to square off against the Yellowjackets at 7:00 p.m. Longview will come into the matchup with an undefeated record on the line.

Longview can't be too worried about heading out to take on Rockwall: they just beat Mineola at home, who had been dominant on their own court up to that point. The Lobos took their game on Friday with ease, bagging a 63-36 win over the Yellowjackets. The Lobos have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven contests by 21 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Rockwall didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Royse City on Friday, but they still walked away with a 34-30 victory.

Longview's record is now 13-0. As for Rockwall, the win got them back to even at 9-9.

Longview couldn't quite finish off Rockwall in their previous meeting back in January and fell 37-34. Can the Lobos avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
