Volleyball Recap: Make It Four in a Row for Imperial

Imperial extended their winning streak to four on Saturday, bumping them up to 17-13. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against Morse. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win Imperial has posted since September 10th.

Maddie Magdaleno paced Imperial's offense, picking up five kills. Magdaleno got some help from Chyenne Cox and her nine assists. Maci-Jo Clayton controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

As for Morse, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-15. They have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Morse's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Hailee Divina, who had 16 assists and six digs, and Hailie Bautista, who had five digs and two assists.

Imperial wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Maranatha Christian on the 4th. As for Morse, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 loss against High Tech CV on the 4th.
