Prattville has gone 8-2 against JAG recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Lions will challenge the Jaguars at 7:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Prattville is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Alabama's top teams: Thompson, who was ranked third at the time (Prattville was ranked 13th). The Lions received a blow on Friday as they fell 29-15 to the Warriors.

Prattville didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Damien Dickerson and JJ Williams.

Meanwhile, JAG was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were outmatched by Central and fell 62-6. The Jaguars were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 48-0.

Prattville's defeat dropped their record down to 5-4. As for JAG, their loss dropped their record down to 1-8.

Prattville beat JAG 19-6 in their previous meeting back in November of 2024. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was the Jaguars' Donovan Caldwell, who rushed for 130 yards and one TD while picking up 8.1 yards per carry. Now that he won't be playing on Friday, will it be easier for the Lions to walk away with another win? There's only one way to find out.
