For whatever reason, it's the away team that's had the advantage when Madison and Garretson meet (three straight games heading into this one) and that held true again on Tuesday. The Bulldogs put the hurt on the Blue Dragons with a sharp 3-0 victory. The Bulldogs not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since October 14th (when they won 3-0).

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Madison was: they took every set by at least 13 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-10, 25-10.

Jaya Engels paced Madison's offense, picking up 12 kills. Engels got some help from Karley Theede C and her 21 assists. Engels was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.

With the win, Madison broke their three-match losing streak and moved their record to 18-12. As for Garretson, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 12 of their last 13 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-22 record this season.

Madison didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Tri-Valley on the 4th. As for Garretson, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Baltic on the 4th.
