Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Rockledge). They blew past the New Smyrna Beach Barracudas 74-52 on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Raiders have posted since February 15, 2024.

Conlan Oakley was a one-man wrecking crew for Rockledge as he almost dropped a double-double on 23 points and nine rebounds. Oakley continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last four games he's played. Another player making a difference was Brady Kearns, who went 5 of 10 en route to 13 points and five boards.

Despite the loss, New Smyrna Beach still got an impressive performance from Tyler Mcknight, who went 8 for 19 on his way to 20 points. Ray Knight was another key player, putting up four points and five rebounds.

Rockledge's victory bumped their record up to 9-5. As for New Smyrna Beach, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-2.

Rockledge didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 50-46 loss against Atlantic on the 4th. New Smyrna Beach has also already played their next contest, a 56-50 defeat against Jensen Beach on the 4th.
