Volleyball Recap: Pinnacle Classical Academy Extends Winning Streak to Four

Pinnacle Classical Academy waltzed into their match on Thursday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came out on top against the Veritas Christian Academy Warriors by a score of 3-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 back in September.

The final score came out to 25-9, 16-25, 25-15, 25-17.

Pinnacle Classical Academy got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Lily Brown out in front who had nine digs and four aces. That's the most digs Brown has posted over her last six matchups. Gracie Mode was another key player, getting five digs and three aces.

They weren't the only good servers: Pinnacle Classical Academy was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 19 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces every time they've taken the court this season.

Pinnacle Classical Academy's victory bumped their record up to 13-4. As for Veritas Christian Academy, they moved to 13-6 with that loss, which also ended their three-match winning streak.

As of now, neither Pinnacle Classical Academy nor the Warriors have any future games scheduled.
