Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Dassel-Cokato). They strolled past the Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta Tigers with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 42-28. Given the Chargers' advantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota football rankings (they are ranked 49th, while the Tigers are ranked 125th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Dassel-Cokato's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 3-2. Those road wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 36.0 points over those games. As for Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-3.
