Volleyball Recap: St. Patrick-St. Vincent Bruins vs. Berkeley Yellowjackets
St. Patrick-St. Vincent was the 3-1 winner over Berkeley when they last played one another back in September of 2016, but their luck changed this time around. The Bruins took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Yellowjackets on Saturday. The Bruins have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.
Leading Berkeley to victory were Rubi Silva and Stella Chen-McDermott. Silva had five aces and three digs, while Chen-McDermott had eight assists and five digs. Silva is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served two or more in each of the last six games she's played.
