Basketball Recap: Chapel Hill Comes Up Short

Chapel Hill lost against Quitman back in November of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Red Devils lost 54-33 to the Bulldogs. The matchup marked the Red Devils' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Chapel Hill and nudges their season record down to 2-3. As for Quitman, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Chapel Hill is on the road again on Monday to play Mount Vernon at 10:30 a.m. As for Quitman, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 34-19 win against West Rusk on the 22nd.
