Softball Recap: Avella Eagles vs. West Greene Pioneers

Avella had lost six straight at home, but on Tuesday they dropped down to 0-11 to make it seven. They lost 17-2 to the West Greene Pioneers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Pioneers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 11-0 two weeks ago.

Avella saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Madison Rush, who went 1-for-2 with one run.
