Recap: Lincoln Trojans vs. Leon Lions
Make it ten blowout wins for the Lincoln Trojans this season. They really took it to Leon for the full four quarters, racking up a 68-31 victory at home. The victory was nothing new for Lincoln as they're now sitting on five straight.
Lincoln's win on Tuesday was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jamiya Brown, who scored 21 points along with six rebounds and six steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Amari Johnson, who scored 17 points along with eight steals and six rebounds.
Lincoln has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 14-3 record this season. As for Leon, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-13.
Lincoln will head out on the road to challenge Florida State University High School at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Leon, they will be playing at home against Andrew Jackson at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
