Volleyball Recap: The Classical Academy Now 16-1 over Last 17 Games

It's playoff time, and The Classical Academy had no trouble coming through when it counted. They put the hurt on the Sterling Tigers with a sharp 3-0 victory on Saturday. The Titans were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Tigers, so the Titans were just returning the favor.

Ashlyn Delaney paced The Classical Academy's offense, picking up 17 kills. Delaney got some help from Avery Jaeger and her 41 assists. Aubrie Renn controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

The Classical Academy is on a roll lately: they've won 16 of their last 17 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 26-3 record this season. As for Sterling, their loss dropped their record down to 22-8.

The Classical Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-2 defeat against Alamosa on the 15th. Sterling does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
