Baseball Game Preview: Kiel Raiders vs. Sheboygan Falls Falcons

Kiel is a perfect 10-0 against Sheboygan Falls since May of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Raiders will look to defend their home field against the Falcons at 4:30 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Kiel has 11 straight wins, Sheboygan Falls has three straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

Kiel gave up the first runs on Friday, but they didn't let that get them down. They put the hurt on Howards Grove with a sharp 7-1 victory. The result was nothing new for the Raiders, who have now won seven matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Caden Milbrath and Ben Gross did most of the damage at the plate: Milbrath got on base in two of his four plate appearances with two stolen bases and two runs, while Gross got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two stolen bases and one run. Those two stolen bases gave Gross a new career-high.

Plymouth hit Sheboygan Falls with a four-run fifth inning on Saturday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Falcons lost 9-3 to the Panthers.

Sheboygan Falls' defeat dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Kiel, their win bumped their record up to 10-0.

Kiel got the 'W' in their previous meeting back in April of 2025 against Sheboygan Falls by a conclusive 24-1 score. Will the Raiders repeat their success, or do the Falcons have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
