Football Recap: Baldwin's Winning Streak Snapped at Three Games

If Baldwin was riding high fresh off their 41-8 takedown of Andrew Jackson last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Indians took a 48-42 hit to the loss column at the hands of the ED White Commanders on Thursday. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Friday (41), the Indians still had to take the loss.

When it comes to explaining why Baldwin lost, don't look at Nashawn Jacobs. Despite the final result, he rushed for 197 yards and one touchdown while picking up 9.4 yards per carry. Jacobs was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 58 yards. Jaiden Barnett got in on the action as well, returning a kick for a touchdown.

King Boylston continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for ED White, rushing for 45 yards and four TDs, while also throwing for 247 yards and one touchdown. That's the most passing yards Boylston has posted since back in September. Another player making a difference was Joseph Williams, who rushed for 76 yards and one score.
