Tipton lost to Cole Camp back in September, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Cardinals walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Blue Birds.

Tipton never let Cole Camp on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-19.

Kaylee Kuschel paced Tipton's offense, picking up five kills. Kuschel got some help from Kaylie Kohler and her nine assists. Kuschel also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Larrah Petree, each putting up two.

Tipton is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 19-8-4 record this season. As for Cole Camp, their defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 5-1 and their overall record down to 24-3-5.
