Baseball Recap: North County Comes Up Short

North County lost to Chesapeake back in April of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Knights fell just short of the Cougars by a score of 5-4. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

North County saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brandon Pasta, who went 1-for-2 with one run and one RBI.

North County's loss dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Chesapeake, the win (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 9-3.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. North County will square off against rival Arundel at 4:45 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Chesapeake is set to take on their familiar foe Northeast at 4:45 p.m. on Monday.
