Hitchcock-Tulare came tearing into Thursday's game with five straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Highmore/Harrold Pirates as they made off with a 3-0 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Patriots also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Hitchcock-Tulare was especially dominant in the third set. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-19, 25-8.

Leading Hitchcock-Tulare to victory were Cambree Hoekman and Olivia Knox. Hoekman had 17 digs and three aces, while Knox had eight digs and two aces. That's the most aces Hoekman has posted since back in September of 2024.

Hitchcock-Tulare's victory bumped their record up to 11-2. As for Highmore/Harrold, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 5-5 record.

Coming up, Hitchcock-Tulare will face off against Iroquois/Lake Preston at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Highmore/Harrold, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Faulkton at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
