Allison Proffitt was a major factor no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Proffitt has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive pitching appearances. Proffitt was also solid in the batter's box, scoring three runs while going 2-for-2.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Katelyn Easterly, who went 3-for-3 with three runs, four RBI, and a double. Another player making a difference was Darby Burnett, who went 2-for-2 with four RBI and two runs.
