Kyle Weaver Game Report: vs Morgantown

While Kyle Weaver delivered a dominant effort on Friday, a win just wasn't in the cards for University. Weaver produced his best game of the campaign: he picked up a sack, made seven total tackles, and defended two passes in addition to snagging an interception.

Weaver and University will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Parkersburg at 7:00 p.m. on the 14th. Sadly, Weaver's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Hawks' four-game streak of wins at home. With the streak broken, Weaver and the Hawks surely have a bit of extra motivation heading into the 14th's match.
