Tupper Lake skates past Chateaugay with ease

Recap: Tupper Lake Lumberjacks vs. Chateaugay Bulldogs
The Tupper Lake Lumberjacks have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matchups by 27 points or more this season. They really took it to Chateaugay for the full four quarters, racking up a 59-32 victory on the road. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 28-7.
Tupper Lake was led to victory by Thomas Peterson and Michael Corneau. Peterson scored 11 points along with five assists and five rebounds, while Corneau scored 18 points. The game was Corneau's tenth in a row with at least ten points. Ashton Clark was another key contributor, scoring seven points along with seven rebounds.
Tupper Lake's victory bumped their record up to 8-2. As for Chateaugay, they now have a losing record at 2-3.
Tupper Lake will be playing in front of their home fans against Colton-Pierrepont at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Chateaugay, they will head out on the road to face off against St. Lawrence Central at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
