The biggest upset of the week belonged to Minneola, who took down 11th ranked Minneola, 48-30.
Spearville was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from eighth to fifth in Southern Plains-Iroquois (8 Man). The Lancers defeated Satanta 64-14 earlier in the week.
Koy Alexander was the best wideout in the league this week as South Central fell to Macksville. Alexander tallied two receptions for 48 yards. Jimmy Cook helped South Central's passing attack out by catching two balls for 32 yards.
Matt Mcclaren put up the best numbers through the air as the Wildcats lost to Hodgeman County. He finished with a total of six completions for 58 yards and two touchdowns.
Nathan Stein was the most productive running back in the league this week. In 14 carries, he ran for 204 yards as Spearville lost to the Mustangs. Brady Sherraden also contributed to the rushing game with 105 yards on the ground.
6-foot-0 quarterback Zeke Cox of Ingalls is the league leader in passing yards this season with 761. He has also thrown 10 touchdowns. On the ground, Minneola's Mcclaren has rushed for 1760 yards which leads the league. The leading receiver in the league this season is Ty Clark. The Fowler star has 32 catches for 386 yards.
Matt Fowler's team's Stein is a mere 11 yards away from breaking the 1,000-rushing-yards mark for the season. Stein has rushed for 989 yards on 124 carries so far this year.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when the Lancers take on the Rebels. Spearville is currently in fifth, while South Gray is in sixth.
Fowler extended the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating Bucklin, 47-0. The victory was the fifth in a row for the team.
