Basketball Recap: Cut Bank Takes a Loss

Cut Bank was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a blow against the Chinook Beeters, falling 82-28. While losing is never fun, the Wolves can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Montana basketball rankings (they are ranked 122nd, while the Beeters are ranked 18th).

Cut Bank's defeat dropped their record down to 4-13. As for Chinook, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-3 record this season.

Looking ahead, Cut Bank and Shelby will meet in a dog eat dog contest on Friday. As for Chinook, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Conrad.
