Basketball Recap: Valencia Takes a Loss + How To Watch

After flying high against Deming on Saturday, Valencia came back down to earth. The Jaguars fell 65-54 to the Gallup Bengals on Tuesday. The Jaguars were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bengals apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in November of 2024.

Valencia's loss was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Gallup, the victory also got them back to even at 1-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Valencia will venture away from home to square off against Espanola Valley at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Gallup, they will head out to challenge Deming at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
