While Excel Christian's win against Sage Ridge wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Warriors skirted past the Scorpions 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Warriors have posted against the Scorpions since October 25, 2018.

Excel Christian had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first two sets, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 18-25, 23-25, 25-17, 25-21, 15-13.
