That triple marked the first that she has hit this season. Another player making a difference was Hannah-Grace Causey, who went 1-for-2 with one triple and one run.

First Preparatory Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-16. As for Citizens Christian Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 19-4.

Citizens Christian Academy took their win against First Preparatory Christian Academy in their previous matchup back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 15-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Patriots since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
