Volleyball Recap: Franklin Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Franklin lost against Southampton back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Broncos lost 3-0 to the Indians.

The final score came out to 25-19, 25-13, 25-16.

Among those leading the charge was Savannah Bryant, who had eight digs and five aces. She is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served three or more in each of the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Paisley Benson, who had seven digs and three aces.

Franklin's defeat dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Southampton, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-7 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Franklin will square off against Northampton at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Southampton, they will challenge Appomattox Regional Governor's Arts & Tech at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
