Volleyball Recap: Southwind Takes a Loss

After flying high against Whitehaven on Tuesday, Southwind came back down to earth. The Jaguars lost 3-0 to the White Station Spartans on Wednesday. The Jaguars haven't had much luck with the Spartans recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

Southwind's loss dropped their record down to 5-3. As for White Station, their victory was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 8-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Southwind will take on Memphis Central at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for White Station, they will face off against St. Mary's Episcopal at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
