It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but the Hoehne Farmers had no problem doing just that on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Eagles as they made off with a 56-31 win. Hoehne is really starting to get used to good results now that the team's won 19 straight.

Hoehne got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Janae Ramos out in front who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 15 rebounds. Alessa Cantoria was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with five steals.

Despite the defeat, Wray had strong showings from Sharon Greek, who scored ten points along with five rebounds, and Kaitlyn Meisner, who scored four points.

Hoehne's win bumped their record up to 22-2. As for Wray, they have not been sharp recently as the team has lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-13 record this season.

Hoehne will be staying on the road on Thursday to face off against Simla at 8:45 a.m. on March 7th. Hopefully Hoehne focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 28 on Saturday. Wray does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
