Windsor Forest's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Effingham County Rebels 42-15. This was payback for the Knights, who suffered a 39-36 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Windsor Forest can attribute much of their success to Grace Ellington, who posted 16 points and five boards. Rakiyah Bush was another key player, dropping a double-double with ten points and 13 rebounds.

Effingham County lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Ella Arnsdorff, who had four points and six boards.

The win got Windsor Forest back to even at 1-1. As for Effingham County, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Windsor Forest didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 63-37 loss against Groves on the 25th. As for Effingham County, they have also already played their next matchup, a 56-30 defeat against Beach on the 25th.
