American Prep WV skates past Utah School for the Deaf & Blind with ease

Recap: American Prep WV Eagles vs. Utah School for the Deaf & Blind Eagles

The American Prep WV Eagles scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Utah School for the Deaf & Blind 40-5 at home. That 40-5 margin sets a new team best for American Prep WV this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead American Prep WV to victory, but perhaps none more so than Yom Mapuor, who scored 12 points. Another player making a difference was Faith Parongwa, who scored ten points.

American Prep WV's victory ended a eight-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-4. As for Utah School for the Deaf & Blind, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-2.

American Prep WV's homestand continues as they prepare to take on Utah Military Academy - Hill Field at 6:00 p.m. on December 19th. Utah School for the Deaf & Blind will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Washington School for the Deaf at 8:00 a.m. on January 20, 2024.
