Flag Football Recap: Lake View Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Lake View can now relate to. They were dealt a 48-0 defeat at the hands of the Northside Mustangs on Monday. While losing is never fun, the Wildcats can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois flag football rankings (they are ranked 202nd, while the Mustangs are ranked 97th).

Lake View is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5. As for Northside, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-4.

As of now, neither Lake View nor the Mustangs have any future games scheduled.
