While Tellico Plains put up some points on Friday, the same can't be said for Sweetwater. The Tellico Plains Bears blew past the Sweetwater Wildcats 29-0 on the road. The victory was just business as usual For the Bears, who after three games remain undefeated this season.

Leading Tellico Plains to victory were Ike Hollinghead and Ryan Shaffer. Hollinghead rushed for 71 yards and two touchdowns on only ten carries, while Shaffer gained 159 total yards and a touchdown. The dominant performance gave him a new career- in rushing yards.

Tellico Plains was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 248 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 168 rushing yards in seven consecutive contests dating back to last season.
