Volleyball Recap: Middletown Takes a Loss

Middletown was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Salesian College Preparatory Pride. The Mustangs were not able to make up for their loss to the Pride from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Middletown's defeat dropped their record down to 3-17. As for Salesian College Preparatory, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 8-5 record this season.

Middletown will square off against St. Helena at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Salesian College Preparatory, they have already played their next game, a 2-1 victory against Gridley on the 20th.
