Volleyball Recap: Wheatland Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Wheatland lost against Torrington back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Bulldogs fell just short of the Trailblazers by a score of 3-2.

Wheatland actually scored more points across those five sets (102-98), but sadly they still had to settle for second. The final score came out to 25-21, 14-25, 19-25, 25-20, 15-11.

Wheatland's defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 7-15. As for Torrington, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-11-2.

Wheatland does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Torrington, after both having extra time off, they and Douglas will shake off the rust and duke it out at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
